October 01, 2008 Soft Source awarded $ 2.9 Million, sole source environmental remediation contract by US Corp of Engineers, Sacramento Division.

Announcing the award of sole source US$ 2.9 Million Environmental Remediation contract in Oakland CA, Tasawwar (TK) Khan EVP and head of Environmental Divion, said this award recognizes the skills offered by soft source and its JV partners TetraTech and IEECI and sets Soft Source on a real growth path, which is in line with company near term objectives. May 11, 2008 Soft Source, Inc, signs contract with Shaw Group, E&I

Soft Source, Inc, leveraging its 8(a) busness announced today that it has signed with shaw Group E&I division in Baton Rouge LA, as a certified 8(a) sub-contractor and a vendor of choice for supporting shaw Group world wide resource needs. Jeff Paul Sieracki, Director Business Development while announcing this growing relation with one of the largest EPC contractors said that this was a mile stone for soft source. May 25,2008 Soft Source, Inc., announces signing a JV agreement with IEECI

Mr Tasawwar (TK) Ali, Executive vice president of Soft Source announced that we have signed a joint venture agreement positioning Soft Source, Inc, to target sole source projects on the west costs as well as Gulf coast the two major areas of expansion for the company. He further announced that Soft Source is in negotiation with USACE for an environmental clean up project in a joint venture with IEECI. He further said that this agreement marks a mile stone in our growth plans and we feel very confident to work together and execute some of the work for the federal government.
