Soft Source Inc. has an expanded HR Department that helps source and staff projects with needed technical resources for its clients as well as its own requirements.

The recruitment center is staffed by experienced individuals, trained in AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies), a well respected recruitment system and the team is equipped with all the tools to staff projects with the right resources at short notice.

The HR team maintains its own database of over 5,000 Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and contract workers. This approach gives Soft Source Inc., the competitive edge over others who hire contract workers through third party Recruitment Agencies at much higher costs. 

Soft Source Inc. maintains on staff, registered professional engineers, construction managers, CAD operators and a pool of construction sub contractors / workers which adds to our technical capabilities to undertake projects that require turn key operation.

1. Maintaining highly experienced technical staff of licensed / registered professionals in their specific trade. Soft Source Inc. has engineers with PE registration in multiple states, with wide ranging experience interacting with Federal and State Agencies.

2. Establishing working relationships with State, Local, and regulatory agencies. These growing relationships help our clients build the necessary confidence in our capabilities and develops positive synergies and working relations to achieve performance targets.

3. Maintaining a database of over 5000 engineers, specialty sub-contractors, and a pool of workers to staff projects at short notice with highly skilled staff, necessary for a successful project.

4. Participation of Company key Executives in industry seminars, trade shows and retraining of our staff in the new technologies with respect to environmental remediation that can be employed on new projects.  Re-training is an important factor in our approach.
