Under a sub contract from the prime contractor, American Logistics, Griffin, Georgia, Soft Source Inc. constructed a 4000 sq ft office building facility in Tallahassee  Florida, the home for Spectra Engineering and Research facility. 

This project from foundation up was constructed in accordance with the approved plans and change notices and required concrete work in the foundations, reinforced masonry blocks, framing, HVAC, drywall, roofing and a concrete driveway. The company was able to arrange for work force from out of state due to an acute labor shortage in the State of Florida during the worst of the hurricane season that brought the Katrina tragedy.   

The project was fixed price lump sum and was successfully completed, under budget and within the target time frame.
